Cotswold Bait Creations have just undergone a major overhaul. Phil Chun is taking the business to the next level and will be increasing the media awareness of this awesome range of bait. New products such as the Technipops and Fireflys have also been added to the range. We look forward to playing with these for some night zigging! Based in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, their baits and products are certainly something different to the norm. We rate the Bag and Boat mix pellets. 7 types of pellet that break down at different rates. Give them so many different things to eat that they don't know what they're picking up! We have also used the Halibut and the pre drilled Crab pellets to great effect for the Catfish in the Boat Pool. Biosquid was a useful addition to the pellet bucket and Sam uses the liquid Bloodworm and Biosquid to soak his pva bags in. The UFO smells good enough to eat and the fish are loving the 10mm variety at the moment. Popups, pellets and dips to match are all available. We have used and rate the Tigernut groundbait and Oil as well as the Salmon oil for glugging the big pellets.
The past season saw us use the Nutz range of sticky dips, liquid and stick mix. The Tigernut Liquid smells and tastes superb and goes excellently with the stick mix. The sticky dip is a thick treacly dip that coats your hookbait, preferably a tiger nut, in a syrupy tigernut coating. We added the stick mix and tigernut oil to a fishmeal base and produced a boilie that smelt and tasted excellent, unlike other artificially sweetened tigernut boilies that taste like a candy factory.
These beauties, fished over the stick mix and crushed tigers caught a couple of old warriors from the legendary Robertsmere.
The Bag or Boat mix has been one of our best SFM sellers and used by all the team at one stage of the season or another. Now available in 5 litre buckets at £8.99 or 10k sacks at £19.99. We are sure that more fish will fall to the mix in 2007. We add even more different types of pellet and mix it with different shapes and sizes of boilie to really confuse them!
