Dr Eric Roberts and Sam Meeuwissen are both qualified PAA Level 2 Angling Coaches. We offer tuition and guidance for most aspects of modern coarse fishing. Our particular areas of expertise are specialist river and gravel pit angling. Other angling disciplines covered include float, feeder and whip fishing on rivers and stillwaters. We can tailor a days fishing for all ages and angling abilities at a range of prices to suit the pocket.
All PAA Coaches have undergone training in First Aid, Child Protection Awareness, Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Planning a Coaching session and are able to offer guidance and advice for anyone wishing to improve their angling. Certified Coaches are also subject to a CRB check.
Katie Hurst and her dad Mark had 'the best days fishing in ages' on Pavilion Ponds. A good days sport was enjoyed with plenty of perch and roach on the whip. Not long into the session, and the float shot under and Kaite found herself doing battle with this lovely common carp! A very well done to Katie, who also caught her first tench and crucian carp the same day.
Garth Ethelstone joined Sam on the Cemex / Stoney and Friends Pike open day on Horton Church Lake. Thier persistance was rewarded with plenty of pike including this fine specimen
